Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and its free Human Design chart tools. By using the site you agree to them. They are intentionally short and readable; the paragraphs below are the whole agreement, not a summary of a longer one.

The service

We provide free, browser-based Human Design chart generation: you enter birth data, the calculation runs locally in your browser, and the site displays a BodyGraph with type, strategy, authority, profile, centers, channels and gates, together with interpretation texts in several languages. Optional accounts, where present, add a signed-in dashboard area.

The service is provided as-is and may change, pause or end. New pages, languages and features appear over time; occasionally a page is revised or retired.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for automated bulk chart generation, scraping or denial-of-service behavior; the tools are for interactive human use
• Attempt to break, probe or overload the service or its hosting
• Republish the site's interpretation texts, translations or page copy wholesale as your own content (quoting with attribution and links is welcome)
• Present charts generated here as certified, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice to third parties
• Use the site in jurisdictions where its content or your use of it would be unlawful

Standard rate limits may apply to any endpoint to protect availability.

Intellectual property

The site's code, page copy, interpretation dictionaries, translations, layout and graphics are the project's own work, except for open-source components retained under their licenses (the calculation core and astronomical libraries are used under the MIT License, with credit in the site's source). "Human Design" and related terms are used descriptively; this site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by Jovian Archive Inc. or any Human Design school or organization, and no Jovian Archive materials are reproduced here.

Charts you generate belong to you: download them, share them, print them, including commercially (coaches and analysts are welcome to use the tool with clients). If you republish charts at scale, a visible credit linking back to the site is appreciated but not required.

No professional advice — important

Human Design is a system of self-reflection and entertainment. It has no scientific validation, and nothing on this site — chart, text, tool or page — constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or professional advice of any kind.

Do not use chart results to make or defer medical, mental-health, legal or financial decisions. For those, consult qualified professionals. If interpretations resonate usefully, use them as vocabulary for self-reflection; that, and only that, is what they are offered as.

Accuracy and availability

The calculation engine uses standard astronomical algorithms, historical timezone rules and an exact 88-degree solar-arc design date, validated against published reference charts. We work hard on correctness. Nevertheless:

• Results depend entirely on the birth data you supply; wrong times or timezones produce wrong charts
• Boundary cases (births near gate or line changes, clock-change nights, undocumented historical timezone shifts) can legitimately differ between well-built calculators
• We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose

Accounts, where offered

Optional accounts require an email address and are governed by the privacy policy. You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping credentials safe. We may suspend accounts used abusively.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of chart interpretations. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service — which, for everything described here, is zero.

Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a change is material, it will be summarized at the top of this page.

Governing note

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under the law applicable in your place of residence. If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder stands.
