How to reach the Human Design chart team: in-app support tickets for account questions, and what to include when you report a calculation or content issue.
This page explains how to get in touch — and, just as often, how to help yourself in thirty seconds, because most questions about a human design chart are answered faster by the tool itself than by any message.
First: the thirty-second answers
"Why does my chart look wrong?" Check three inputs before anything else: the birth time, the city (which sets the timezone), and whether you ticked "I don't know my birth time". Lines and occasionally type shift within hours; a wrong timezone is the single most common cause of a surprising chart. The calculator prints exactly which date, time and UTC offset it used under your results, so you can verify it against your birth record.
"Why am I a different type here than on another site?" Compare the timezone handling and the design-date method. We apply the historical offset for your birth date (including old daylight-saving rules) and solve the design moment by 88 degrees of solar arc. Sites that use today's timezone rules or a fixed "minus 88 days" can land on a different chart for the same person.
"Is my data stored?" No. The calculation runs in your browser; nothing about your birth is sent to or kept on our servers. Closing the tab erases everything.
"Is the chart really free?" Yes — every page, every language, unlimited charts, PNG download included, no account required.
Reporting a calculation issue
If a chart seems genuinely wrong after checking the inputs, we want to hear about it. Helpful reports include:
- The birth date, time and city you entered (you can anonymize the name; the date, time and timezone are what matter)
- What our calculator showed (type, authority, profile)
- What you expected, and the source of that expectation — a book page, another reputable calculator, or a professional reading
- Your browser and operating system, in case the issue is device-specific
With those four items we can reproduce the calculation, compare it against our reference set, and either fix a bug or explain the discrepancy — usually both, because every disagreement so far has traced back to a timezone rule or a birth-time legend.
Reporting a content or translation issue
The interpretation texts — type descriptions, centers, profiles, gates and channels — are written in-house in six languages. If a sentence reads awkwardly, a translation seems wrong, or a page falls short of the depth it promises, tell us which page, which language, and which paragraph. Precise pointers turn a vague "the German page feels off" into a fixable edit.
Account and support tickets
Chart generation needs no account. Accounts exist only for the optional signed-in area (saved tickets and settings). If you use that area and need help with it, sign in and open a support ticket from the dashboard — the ticket form attaches your account context automatically and routes to the right place.
We deliberately do not publish a support email address: the ticket widget keeps conversations threaded, spam-free and tied to the account they concern. If you cannot sign in, any of the content or calculation channels above still work.
What we cannot help with
A few things are outside what this site can offer, and being upfront saves everyone time:
- Personal chart readings by email — we build tools and explanations, not individual advisory sessions
- Medical, psychological, legal or financial guidance — Human Design is not a validated basis for any of these, and we will always point you toward qualified professionals
- Wholesale scraping or automated bulk generation of charts through the interface
- Licensing Jovian Archive materials — we have none; our texts are original
Saying hello
Feature ideas are welcome: a transit forecast, more single-profile pages, printable PDF layouts, additional languages. The roadmap is shaped mostly by what people actually ask for, and the questions above are a decent preview of what is already on the list.
When you write, one request: keep birth data of third parties (children, partners, public figures) limited to what the calculation question needs. Birth data is personal information even when the person is famous, and good reports never require more than date, time and city.
